Brent Shaver is a professional golfer and instructor based in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is currently an Associate Member of the Utah Section of the PGA. Brent has become a well-respected figure in the local golf community.

Brent's passion for golf began at a young age when he started working as a caddie at the East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, GA. Brent transitioned to golf operations at the Charlie Yates Golf Course at East Lake and began his career as an instructor to junior golfers at the East Lake Junior Golf Academy which would become First Tee East Lake. He quickly fell in love with coaching the game and dedicated himself to mastering his craft.

Brent served for seven years on the board of directors for First Tee St. Petersburg Florida, he is a Level III national certified First Tee Coach and for the last three years has been the Director of Junior Golf at Golf the Round in South Salt Lake City.

Brent is an accomplished golf instructor. He has worked with golfers of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players, and has helped them improve their swings and overall performance on the course.

Brent's teaching style is focused on personalized instruction, tailored to each individual golfer's strengths and weaknesses. He understands that every golfer has a unique swing and learning style, and he works closely with his students to develop a customized approach to their golf game.

Brent's dedication to the sport of golf extends beyond his professional work. He is actively involved in the local golf community and has volunteered his time to support various golf-related charities and veterans’ organizations.

When he's not teaching or playing golf, Brent enjoys spending time with his partner Alicia and their two dogs Birdie and Bogey. They love skiing, hiking rafting and exploring the outdoors.
