I am currently the Director of Instruction at the Indian Springs Ranch Golf Course. Besides one-on-one instruction, I will also be hosting my own golf schools, great for groups or families. There are advantages in coming to one of my schools. Not only do we have 18 holes of golf and a great practice facility, but the classes are small (4 students) and I'm your personal instructor - not someone I've trained. Most importantly, we have a great time while you are learning. I also do custom corporate outings, private lessons and small group sessions. I enjoy teaching the game of golf to anyone who has a real desire to learn, no matter what the ability. Whether you are trying to get a college scholarship or trying to play professionally, I can help.
I started the game when I was 12 years old. I actually learned how to play the game with sound swing mechanics, and I had a short game to die for. That made me competitive.
As a PGA Professional, working with club manufacturers, I was fortunate enough to meet aspiring tour players, who needed my swing eyes. I went on to be a coach in a number of Tour events. Then an opportunity to bring changing priorities with junior work and less travel came my way with the infamous John Jacobs Schools. That whole process was a learning experience again for me, but the teachings I learned were invaluable.
So whatever frustrations you have with your game, I bet I've been there and can help you. I enjoy helping students to hit a well struck golf shot and learning to score through better short game shots and course management & fundamentals.
